Review content:
It is one thing when a bike shop gives you great service. It is another when they make your kid think he can be the next Lemond because of how they treat their customers young and old. I have had bike repairs and a fitting done at Knobbies & Slicks as I eased back into riding after a 17 year hiatus. They not only did great work, but invited me to be a part of the ""K&S family"" with group ride on a Saturday morning. One ride and I knew I had found my club. Bud and Debbie, the owners, even go out and shepherd the rides making sure everyone is cared for and enjoying themselves. All levels of riders were present, yet it was definitely an inviting atmosphere. \r

BUT the over the top moment was when I brought my 11 year old son in for a fitting. He has never ridden before and is a pre-teen--yes, on of ""those""-- yet the K&S staff talked with him, explained things, fitted him and encouraged him. He is HOOKED! They went WELL beyond any amount of customer service I have ever received at an LBS. Exemplary customer care, great service and strong offering of product. I highly recommend.
