Review content:
Apparently Hyundai service is not open on Saturdays and you are sent to the Dodge/Jeep center right next door. Would be a good idea to let people know that when they make service appointments for Saturday. Had to give all my information again even though I already did when I made the appointment and when I bought the car. First service for my daughters 6 month old veloster with 3000 miles. They did an oil change only which took over an hour with a appointment. They didn't give me any inspection paper work I know they looked at it and said it was good but that was it. After getting home we noticed they some how made a 3+ inch scratch above the passenger 3rd door. How do you make a scratch that high up almost on top of the car? Will not be returning a $30, 1 and 1/2 hour oil change is costing me a couple hundred plus it was the first scratch on my kids new car so it really upset her.
