Review content:
I brought my daughter in for braces at the recommendation of my dentist. When I met with his staff to discuss her treatment, I was impressed with Dr. Wadler and his staff. He was very nice and informative. One of my concerns that I discussed with his staff prior to signing an a agreement, was the ability/ ease to make an appointment during after school hours. I was told that there would be no problems with getting an appointment after school. Unfortunately, that has not been the case! I have and continue have difficulty making appointments that work around school hours. I have had to pull my daughter out of school on several occasions to receive treatment. There after school hours are limited! It a very busy office! You feel like you are on an assembly line when your there and no one ever discusses my daughters progress with me. I have to call to find out how she is coming along. On the other hand, my daughter teeth are looking good and it is due to Dr.Wadler's treatment. Would I recommend him? No! Because the aggravation has not been worth it and I strongly feel that I could have received overall better treatment else where. If his office truly would like to provide optimal treatment, they would extend there evening hours and let the parent know how there child is progressing.
