It has been my pleasure to deal with your company for 4 years now and all the people I have spoke with have been so gracious to deal with, with the exception of 1 young lady and I expect she was having a bad day. Again it has been a real pleasure to speak with your people on the phone and with the one exception I could not ask for a friendlier and more helpfull group of people to deal with.
