Review content:
If you are extremely rich and do not care at all about yourself this is the place for you. A boastful name like Elite Smiles should have warned me that they were full of themselves and also full of bologna. They are way overpriced and lie about things you ""need"" and refuse to work with you. It is an outright scam. The gal who brings the paperwork to review costs and coverage, etc. with you acts like she doesn't know what she is talking about and is clearly a messenger for the ""Doctor."" It is really funny how I went in there and no one actually looked inside of my mouth at all and I never saw the Doctor once, just the paper messenger running back and forth relaying a conversation between me and the Doctor. \r
\r
The messenger argued with me, telling me I needed some cosmetic stuff that I did not need or want and an extended crown that would have been $500 entirely out of pocket, insurance doesn't pitch in on the extended at all. There were several things listed that I had never heard of being included with a basic root canal and basic crown (which is what i really and only needed) and I am not talking about anesthesia. First they offered me the ability to apply for a line of credit to pay for the bill. I told them that wasn't the problem it was that one thousand dollars out of pocket was way more than I was willing to pay, when my insurance covers 60-100% of normal dentistry, including root canals and crowns. So she went back to the doctor and came back and said they would set me up with a payment plan there at the office and also throw in free nitrous. I immediately got up out of my chair and took the bib off she had put on me and left. \r
As i was leaving I asked if they could just pull the darn tooth and without even asking the doctor, the messenger said no, they don't extract teeth there, they do everything they can to save the tooth. She also said I would be paying much more to have the tooth extracted than to pay for a root canal and crown. \r
So anyways, the place looks like a million bucks, clean, decorated and painted all fancy with crystal light fixtures and super strong, perfumed air fresheners, but the people who work there are scammers, fake, rude, and full of bologna, and you will need a million bucks if you want to chance getting work done there.
