When I heard a noise from our crawl space, I gave them a call based on a recommendation from my neighbor. The technician came, inspected, took pictures of our crawl space and explain what needs to be done and how much it would cost. There was no ambiguity about process or pricing. He sealed all the possible entry points and set traps. He also gave us an estimate for replacing our insulation and vapor barrier since the rodents did some damage to them. Then he came back two more times in one week interval to check the traps. Nothing was caught, so probably they were just going in and out of the crawl space. When he came back for one of the follow up appointments, he also pointed out to me none-rat related issue under our crawl space which I would not know otherwise. We hire another specialist to take care of this other issue, but still needed insulation and vapor barrier replaced. The quote we got from Willard's was much more reasonable than other ones so we decided to hire them for this job as well. Removal / Installation crew were very nice and I believe they are employed by the company not sub-contractors. They did the job and left the site very clean.
