Ordered a dozen roses at 1:18 PM, which arrived at Macalester College (according to Google maps a .3 mile, 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk) several hours later, after being charged a delivery fee of about $25-30, with the whole order coming in at around $65. $25-30 delivery fee is well over the price they advertise on their website, considering that it's literally right down the street. Never received the delivery confirmation that they promised either, which certainly should have been covered by such a fee. This is fraud, I want my money back. Will not use again.
