Well, I was born in 1971 in Cleburne Texas ... Oh, wait, your just wanting my service story, right? ... lol I am VERY pleased to have such a wonderful, caring, and concerned Ford/Lincoln Dealer near me that exceeds my expectations every single time I bring my vehicles in for service. While there is always room for improvement, your team there seems eager to do what it takes to ensure GREAT customer service. You have a customer in my so long as I can drive and still live in the area :) Keep up the great work!! PS: Everyone makes mistakes, the difference is how they make it right, and these folks are committed to making it right in my opinion.
