I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I am counting the days until we can get out of this hell hole. First, they lied to us and said the apartments fit a full size washer and dryer, which it didn't. They charged us a 200 dollar late fee for being ONE day late on rent and said they were going to slap an eviction notice on our door if we hadn't paid when we did. The neighbors are EXTREMELY loud and we have had packages stolen by our neighbors. The pictures display the aftermath of our upstairs neighbors pipes leaking and the so called repairs. They patched up the hole but left the whole bathroom in an unusable state. It leaked a second time and they decided not to take out the drywall that got soaked and to just paint over it (which is a great place for mold). It took multiple phone calls and visits to the office before they even came in to ""fix"" it. We have been unable to use our bathroom, that we pay for for THREE MONTHS! When we went into the office to tell them that we were moving, she didn't care and only scolded us for not letting them know sooner. Everything about this place is a nightmare and I don't want other people to go through the crap they have put us through.
