TruGreen are the biggest scam and rip offs in the bussiness today!! They have screwed me over 3 times now and yes its my fault for letting it happen to me more than once but I thought after talking to the manager I wouldnt have any more problems. They say that they come and spray your yard but the last bill I got which I did not request was in late December with 3 inches of snow on the ground and they told me I owe them $45 for a lawn treatment!! Now who in their right minds treat the yard thats snow covered!!! Once I got the bill for this I was crazy mad and ended up speaking to yet another manager and after spending 45 minutes on the phone he told me that he would take care of removing this off my bill. After I hung up I so thought everything would be taken care of but now 2 weeks later I get a call from a rude collections department woman from TruGreen stating I had an outstanding balance of $45!!! After blowing my top to the woman on the phone and spending 30 minutes telling her about the past conversation with the so called manager she says that she sees that conversation in the notes and yes the manager took that balance off my bill and said she was sorry for calling. Once again I thought all this was past me... well about a week later the ""manager"" calls again trying to sell me a lawn treatment package for 2014 and I said there was NO WAY I was going down this road again and he said he was sorry and that was the end of the converstaion... That happened about a week ago and now TODAY I get a call again from the collection department saying that I owe this $45 again!!! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN!!! Now its all about just splitting the difference with me and now there is NO record of any of out previous conversation on file!!! Imagine that!! I guess because I didnt want any more service from the place they went back to trying to rip me off for the snow covered lawn treatment that I dont believe is even possible. I hope if your looking for a lawn treatment place you look elsewhere because I was a customer of them for more than 2 years and this is how they treat their customers!!! Rip off and scam artist!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
