Review content:
If I can say one thing about Deluxe Cleaners, it is that no one I would ever give a star to; but you have to give at least one or your review will not be posted.\r I have for 10 years been taking my cleaning to a Round Rock cleaners, and no complaints, very professional. They recently closed there business, without my knowledge. I went today to my Round Rock cleaners to pick up two pairs of black women's pants (total cost of pants $100); there was a sign on the door stating that, all customers items had been taken to Deluxe and to pick them up there, in Cedar Park.\r So I drove over there, went in with my receipt and they came back to the counter with two pairs of khaki men's pants. I told them those were not mine, and that no men live with me. She took me back to look at what she said were the 15 items that were brought to them; although there were much more. And only allowed me to look through that section of clothes. She didn't even offer to take the time to look through all the clothes on the rotating rack to find my pants.\r She told me she would have to get in touch with her manager and ask him what to do; and also told me that if clothes at Deluxe are not picked up within a months time, they send them to the Salvation Army (they do not even contact customers to remind them that they have clothes there, before shipping them off).\r Then she asked to see my receipt, and I showed her my receipt that I was given by the Round Rock cleaners. And she said ""no, the receipt for your two pairs of paints to prove the total cost was $100. I told her that I have had these pants for at least 2 years; and after the charges showed up on my credit card statement I throw the receipts in the trash (for one thing a 2 year old receipt would not even have any ink on it anymore, because it would have worn off in that time period).\r So now I have to wait for a phone call from this supposed manager tomorrow (and from what I am seeing in the other reviews on Yelp about this manager that he lies and makes up excuses to cover their mistakes.\r So please for anyone reading this reviews, word of mouth regarding negative facts about a business is the best way to put them out of business! So share this information so others don't fall into this trap!
