as a buyer trying to purchase a home through this company has been one of the most frustrating closings i have ever done. first it is like pulling teeth to get any information from them. our house was suppose to close on feb 4th then they gave us feb 14th. it is now feb 18th and i have yet to receive a call or text that they would not be able to do it on the 14th or to give a new closing date. our closing agent has had a call in to the underwriters to get a title update for over 2 weeks. this is just to get a status not to get the actual title binder. it has been like dealing with a shell game vender. we have had 2 different people id them selves as our closing agent an then promptly go on vacation. not sure who i can really complain to but maybe someone in a postion of authority may see this and take some action, but i dought it.
