I've been coming to Cas since I was a student at USF, more than 10 years ago. I had gone to a couple of places where the men talked down to me. I chose Cas, in part, because there was a female manager who treated me with respect. She has gone now, but the men there have been very respectful and friendly. I never feel like they are pushing me to get something that I don't need. I've never had a problem with their repair work. I just got my car detailed, and it looks new, even though it's a 2005 Honda.
