today is Monday, I put a guitar on layaway on Saturday. The price was $189 - I asked for a lower cash price, they informed me the guitar was over a $300+ guitar. So I trusted them. Looked up the guitar info this morning on a whim, it sells brand new for $99. Call Ed's to let them know, expecting them to be apologetic & adjust it since they had priced it wrong & I was met with nothing but a rude attitude telling me that they price it at what they price it at, doesn't matter that it's over 2x what it is sold for brand new & wouldn't even offer to credit my deposit as a store credit or anything.
