How rude! I called for a cab since it was raining and I had a doctor appointment and am disabled I didn't want to walk in the snow and rain. I was told an hour. That would have been fine but any latter and I would have been screwed. After an hour and 10 minutes I called back to tell them to cancel the non existent cab and that it was to late and now I will need to reschedule . The female just hung up. No sorry not even an explanation, just hung up.
