1st, they were VERY polite on the phone and asked what the situation was with the lawn asking many questions, then giving me a few possiblities of what the problem(s) could be. 2nd,they came out the same day i called; even coming out earlier than the appointment time after calling to see if that would be okay. Third, they sent out Jimmy and he went over everything about the type of grass we had, the weeds, and other problems along with options to try and services they could provide. He also didn't try to get us to contract for services we didn't need right now and said trying to lay sod down now with the drought wasn't smart. \r
