Review content:
Yes If you buy something from this shop don't. We bought a oil and transmission pan from them and told them that we lived in Oregon and double checked everything with them. We told them that we had a turbo transmission and that the oil pan needed to have the dip stick on the drivers side of truck. First he said that he didn't have one then we went in the back and brought one out and said your lucky I found one. So when he pulled out the pan he had turned it around to show us he was right. Well when we got home and went to put it on guess what it was not the right one. The transmission pan when we started to change it over my husband noticed that there was a 3 to 4 inch crack on the inside of the pan hadn't gone all the way through but who knows how long it would last. my husband put on the gasket and tried to put it on the depth was 3/4 inch to short. We went to a transmission shop and he told us there was only 2 pans for that transmission a shallow one and the deep one ours was the deep one. This pan was in between those pans. So we had to send them to my father-in-law and sent the credit card receipt along with it, so he could take them back. The guys refused to take the transmission pan back, because he said that it looked like it was put on the truck. It was a fight but he did exchange the oil pan. So we are out about $175.00 because we had to buy other pans here in oregon to put the truck back together. So think before you buy from this store.
