I am 70 years old and have been a member of Ladies Premier after almost two years now. I don't look, act or feel my age thanks to water aerobics with Donna Paul at the Fitness club. We have been fun feeling good every Mon, Wed and Fri morning. Join us! You won't regret it. I've lost over 30 Ibs and ca open any jar or bottle now as well as reach to the top of any shelf and lift 20 ibs boxes and I'm loving every minute of it!!!
