My 2012 genesis engine light on again, took back to fairfax, this was 5th or 6th visits for various issues, all services were acceptable except this time. This time warranty wont cover which is ok, but when my wife went to pick up the car, the service desk handed her an invoice without any charge, my wife asked why and even asked to verify making sure the faulty pary was replaced, the answer came back was that part was replaced and no fee and thats all. Few hrs later, the service guy named Jason Richardson called back my wife yelling at my wife that why she picked up the car and that she shouldnt just walked out without pay. But the fact is I called the service department and was told the car should be ready and we could come over for pick up. So, the issue was this guy Jason made a mistake on the invoice and blamed his customer for it.
