Recently, I had a leak at the base of a toilet, and a leak in the kitchen faucet. Cole plumbing - even though they had a backlog of problems because of the ice conditions in Montgomery - came that day and checked out the problem. After checking everything that could go wrong, it was determined that the problem was serious and the toilet had to be removed and a new sealer had to applied. Because both jobs were extensive, and too late to repair late on a Friday afternoon, we agreed that the plumber would return the following week.
He returned and did an outstanding job -- rebuilding both the toilet and the kitchen faucet. He cleaned up and everything and made the two areas shiny and cleaner than when he began. Since that time, all has been well.
I have used Cole in the past, and will definitely call them again -- be the job be big or small.
