On 2-3-14 I brought my pickup in for a tune up at Advantage Ford. The following day I received a call from service department telling me that their mechanic had broken off a spark plug in my engine and it could not be removed They further stated it was not their fault and would not repair my truck. I then spoke to manager, Rick Nunez, who concurred that their mechanic had broken of the spark plug but also stated they were in no way responsible for for repair. I now have to take Advantage Ford to court, minus transportation.
