Review content:
The program only works if you follow the meal plan which limits your carb intake. Essentially to lose weight you would need to reduce the amount of dairy and carbs you eat. With that said, I don't know how much of the supplements that are provided to you in a ziploc bag, and shots work. My thought is it is a placebo. Also, the Maple Grove location is very disorganized and the staff could use some training on ""bedside manners"" and customer service. The ladies are young and wear black sweats. I suggest that they completely change the wardrobe requirement from sweats to maybe ""black scrubs"" that nurses and aesthetician's wear. The office, is not very inviting and could use a change in the layout as the current set-up is not efficient nor does it flow. In addition, the advice that the ladies provide could have more ""value"" if they understood nutrition, rather than reading from a pre-assembled work packet as each person's dietary needs are different. Not everyone, is able to lose weight following the same ""meal"" plan.
