I've had my system for several years and have really enjoyed having it. In fact, I wouldn't be able to use my south facing deck without it. I recommended Shade Tree to my next door neighbor and she bought Shade Tree too! When I needed parts replaced, service was fast and efficient. Your team went above and beyond when they noticed I didn't have the latest updates--I received MORE than I had asked for! Upgraded roller hardware was included in my shipment and the edges of the panels had been stitched to discourage fraying; a new feature in models sold after I had bought my shades. Thanks so much! I am building a new home this summer and Shade Tree will be included in the planning!
