when I moved states I asked for a refill on my medications so I can have enough medication until I find a new doctor.Dr Garcia told me that he was unable to do it due to legal reasons.after I asked the doctors over in the new stay I moved in I found out that was a lie for some reason he did not give me the refills for his own personal page the reasons I need cause me to suffer to go without my medication so if you're looking for a doctor that would not purposely do harm to you do not choose dr. Rudy Garcia.you obviously did not uphold the Hippocratic oath. He purposely did me harm in the license should be revoked
