At first thought that pepzee was going to be a great place to live. We got moved in and we have noisiest neighbor ever. She is in our business all the time. From day 1 we moved in she has popped up and had something to tell us and peeps out her window and watches everything we do. We don't have assigned parking yet she told us we were in spot the first day we loved in. She has called on everyone in this complex over and over for some reason. Pepzee is not the place you want to rent from!!!! Stay away from them at all cost. We are so sorry we signed a years lease. We have 10 months left to go.
