Review content:
We presented a difficult problem. We were from out of town with a dead battery that we'd just bought two days before. The staff diagnosed the problem (bad new battery) and replaced it under the warranty at no charge. We worried that we'd be stranded, but they finished fixing the car in time for us to get home to Sonoma County and feed our cats. Fluffy and Princess give Fortes Brothers 5 stars. (Purrr)
