He have no responsibility or liability for information he provide. I hired Anatoly Kissen as my lawyer about 3 years ago and he was a complete rip-off, he just kept postponing my case and kept asking for more money and even threatened me if i Don't pay him before the day of the court he Will NOT show up and every time we went to court he charge me $500.00 even if it was for 10 minutes, he was very rude and very unhelpful. He don't know how to speak a front of the Judge his English is broken and every time the judge asking him a question he was Not ready and had to look through my paper (He was never prepare). When my Final Hearing had cancelled he had no idea what was the reason for it he give some stories that my Judge moved to new Jersey and WE waiting for a New Judge to review my case......... Two weeks later i received a email from Mr "" Anatoly Kissen"" That my case is Denied. Finally after 3 years my case was DENIED, and when i spoke to him and ask him what we going to do is answer was ""you need to find a NEW lawyer I'm NOT Handling these cases"" WOW I lost 3 years of my life and that's what he told me. Now i need to restart the whole case from start and my changes are very Low thanks to Mr. Anatoly Kissen and of course its going to cost me more money (i had to pay him and now i need to review some more lawyers and spend some more time and more money). And the Funny part when i called him and ask for my paperwork he told me that i need to wait 3 days and my Time getting shorter to appeals. Anatoly Kissen is NOT the right lawyer to deal with if you have a serious case He have no responsibility or liability for information he provide. AVOID THEM!!! They are good at what they do, provided they do it on time and correctly.HE will charge hefty fees. He is money blood suckers. Avoid him Thank you .
