My roof lost some shingles. I contacted Universal Home Improvements through their hotline where I found on their website, they clearly explained their repair process which is a little different from the other roofing company I spoke to first. Mark from UHI came out as scheduled and quickly repaired the shingles and advised me about the roof condition and improvements I may need down the road. UHI company is professional, prompt and courteous from booking to completion of the job. I will definitely use them in future
