I had an appointment for an oil change and alignment and when I returned almost 3 hours later my car had not been moved. Though I was initially irritated, Mike made it right for me. I know that errors occur, but it great that Bittersweet Automotive does what they can for their customers. I have recommended
Bittersweet in the past and will continue to recommend you in the future.
