This shop is horrible! The techs aren't certified, repairs as simple as an oil change take all day, the customer service of all employees, including the owner are beyond unprofessional. I went in for a simple radiator swap, was there for 5 hours, the tech that worked on my car never changed out a radiator before. And two days later my transmission starts leaking and slipping gears. Come to find out, radiator was installed improperly and Precision Auto Care wouldn't acknowledge the issue and instead I got screamed at by the bosses son/tech. I have heard and seen too many complaints to ever go back, I advise you to stay as far away from this shop as possible. Mitch(the owner) can't employee the same techs for longer than 6 months either.
