Review content:
This store tricks their customers into paying for the highest plan without the customers knowledge and consent. The representative folded up the receipt and put it in the phone box without letting me review it first. I didn't find out until my next bill was due. I keep calling to speak to the manager RAMON\r
about his representative ELIZA but he keeps hanging up on me. They also will not answer the business phone. I have all the information they need to research this but unwilling to help.
