HORRIBLE!!!!! The Owner Jeff came to our home to give us a (free) estimate. We decided to wait until next spring to build it due to the interest rate and monthly payment. I decided that postponing it for one more year would enable us to just pay for the entire project and that it would be financially best for us but he was Angry, very Angry. I called to tell him we were gonna hold off until next spring and he came unhinged, yelling and screaming that we were taking food off his family's table and that we wasted his time. I actually hung up on him because of his rudeness and he called me back to yell some more!!! Extremely unprofessional!! I am almost 50 years old and never seen any business owner treat a potential customer in such a manner! I told him after the way he conducted himself that I wouldn't allow him to build my screened in porch if he offered to do it for free!!! Honestly! I wouldn't want him within fifty feet of me after that terrible experience! I guess that his (free) estimate isn't so free after all! I had to pay the price of having the worst experience ever with a business!
