Review content:
Knock out Roofing was hired to fix a leak and do a recover on our roof. After 4 months of them finishing the roof it still leaked in the very same place as before. They came up with every excuse in the book of why they would not fix it. I had to get another roofer to fix it and the sad thing is it was a $300.00 fix to make it right but they would rather argue and spend all their time fighting with us then making it right!! I would not recommend this company at all, they lack customer service and they are done with you after they get their money. Not once has the owner tried to reach out to us to make it right. They send their salespeople out to give you a bid on the job but they don't stand by that salespersons agreement with you so you have to make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, its not there first time doing this you can tell!! There is one thing they are good at and its getting out of everything promised.
