My family stayed at Cabin #28 Bearadise for 4 nights. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The management has poor customer service and did not help us with our questions and troubles. The management did not return our phone call and failed to provide assistance completely. There was no communication about the cleaning policy prior to check-in; guests are required to fully clean and have the cabin rental ready upon check out. I find this rather appalling, especially since guests are not notified of this rule. I would not recommend these cabins, mostly because the customer service is offensive and unsatisfactory.
