This was my third and his fifth time staying here. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maids are awesome and the best at their job that I have seen. They are fast and very efficient. We have stayed at other other hotels around the country that fall in this price range and by far your hotel is a favorite. When we visit the Cincinnati area your hotel is our first choice. The breakfast room is always clean and well stocked with a variety of items. We really appreciate that you keep someone on hand to make sure everything is refilled if emptied.
