Lee M. showed up on time and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a complete stoppage of our sewage system and were in desperate need of assistance. Like a good technician Lee gathered all the pertinent information from me and based on that recommended a plan to correct the problem and carefully explained what was involved and what the exact cost would be for that service. Lee did a very thorough stellar job and fixed all of our problems telling me & showing me what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and gave me some very helpful advice on how to keep things running smoothly in the future. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and friendliness. My son-in-law is a plumber but unfortunately lives 500 miles away. I can guarantee that whenever I need a plumber Lee is the person I will have working on my plumbing. I cannot recommend him and the company he works for strongly enough. They charge a flat rate for the work they do so you know up front exactly how much it will cost to fix your problem. No hidden charges or gotcha surprises. If I could give him 6 stars I would!
