Atlas Butler provides quick and excellent customer service; HOWEVER, the quality of their products are TERRIBLE! I bought a brand new furnace from them in 2008 - today (2013), I had to replace the motor! A motor should last longer than 5 years and of course it broke down after my 5 year warranty expired. NEVER AGAIN, I will only buy furnaces and air conditioners from Sears. My Sears air conditioner is 16 years old NEVER HAD A PROBLEM!
