Northville Vision Clinic prides ourselves on the personal care we provide our patients. If the patient who said that nothing was done to correct her problem would call us, we could have the opportunity to solve her problem. There is no way to tell by looking at lenses what type they are. Northville Vision Clinic would never substitute a lesser product for one the patient paid for. We offer total refunds to all patients who are not satisfied with our service and would be happy to offer that to Motor City Life.
