Review content:
What a pleasant meal. Lou La Bonte's is located along a frontage road of I-80 in Auburn, California. It's a cool roadside tavern and dining room. It looks like it's been there 50 years. It has brilliantly lit neon signs beckoning diners to stop in. The place is a near perfect museum of a fine dining out from the 1950's. The place is crazy cat cool and the bar was hopping on a Friday night late roadside dinner.\r
I was in a random mood and asked the waitress to give me her favorite entree that didn't have seafood. She recommended the Wild Mushroom Ravioli in Marsala Cream Sauce with chicken. It was amazing. I also had the French Onion soup which was very good. I think I will try this place again when in Auburn.
