I was recommended to muffler man 2 years ago by a family member. They replaced entire exhaust system at a reasonable price. Last week a weld broke on one of the fittings. I took it back to get welded (or I thought) only to find out they replaced half the exhaust at a cost of $150. I asked why it wasn't under warranty or why not a quick weld job and was told it was a long winter and must have been more than it looked. I jacked the car up before I took it and inspected the whole thing. Looked brand new except broken weld and lack of a a support clamp that they failed to install in the first place which is why the weld broke along with the fact they use cheap parts. I came to them because they were recommended and thought service would be better at a small shop. Wrong... Maybe one bad experience out of positives others have had but I will not go back nor refer anyone I know to them.
