If there were more stars available, I would recommend them. I read the reviews of Adrian Flooring and decided before I even met Adrian or his team, I'd make sure I understood the process. We bought a home built in 1978 which needed to have the carpeting throughout the first and second floors replaced, tile installed in the screened-in porch, and carpeting installed in the newly refurbished and renovated lower level media area and bedroom.
Adrian gave us pros and cons of different flooring options (and trust me, this is not our first time renovating a home with new flooring). I fell in love with the black bamboo flooring, so we had it installed throughout the whole first floor and second floor; and, it is gorgeous. Adrian then stained the large mantel and got it perfectly matched with the flooring. Next, Adrian stained the stair toppers and top of the stair railing to match the ebony color of the floors (GEORGEOUS). For our tile in the porch, he installed a heating grid so that we can enjoy this porch 3 seasons of the year, and performed an outstanding job on the tile. Finally, the carpet for the lower level was installed after we finished renovating the lower level with a new contractor ( the first one, Tim Dick, left us high and dry!!) which caused us to move into a half finished renovation that was to have been completed in June!!
By the time Adrian was able to come in and do his work, he and his son Michael were compassionate, explained everything thoroughly, and if we had ANY questions, he and/or Mike delivered the processes and steps perfectly.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
