Review content:
I have never before written a review but after my recent terrible experience I felt the need to do so. \r \r I got a flat tire and because I had previously bought my four tires from the Car Care Clinic, I put on my spare and drove there at 7 am when it opened. The desk person said that they did not have the correct tire, but would have it sent over by noon and that he would call me as soon as it arrived and I would be on my way soon thereafter. I called at noon - the tire hadn't been delivered. I called at 1:30 pm- the tire hadn't been delivered, and I was then told that tires were ""always delivered by 3 pm."" I went back at 3 pm - the tire truck arrived after 3 pm, and I was not able to leave until after 4:30 pm - so much for being able to go work!! \r \r That evening the new tire was losing air so quickly that I had to put air in at the gas station. The next morning the tire was flat - had to pump it up with a bike pump. I went to a nationwide tire retailer - they had MANY kinds of the tire size I needed. The tire retailer promptly determined that the Car Care Clinic had completely screwed up the installation of the pressure sensor causing the new tire to lose air. \r \r My advice - go to a tire retailer and NOT the Care Care Clinic!!\r
