Review content:
We recently had Choates come to our home for a consultation on air duct cleaning. I was surprised to find that one of the actual "Choates," Brian, was the person that presented, not just some hired help. I was amazed by his knowledge and the information presented to me at the consultation. I can honestly say I have never encountered such an articulate, well-spoken person in this line of business, and please dont take that the wrong way. In no way did I ever feel as though I was being 'sold' a product, in fact, he informed me that the ducts really weren't in all that bad of condition and I could actually hold off on cleaning for a few more years. Talk about honesty! Especially, when it's your job to sell a product or service! Nonetheless, it was determined that our insulation could use some sprucing up which we were well aware needed to happen, I just didnt realize Choates offered that service. I am beyond impressed with Choates' professionalism and would (and have!) certainly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
