Review content:
Nice people working the store. Very clean and orderly. Always have the very latest die cuts and accessories. However their mark up is 20% over retail so their sales are just normal price which is never appealing. Their return policy is odd to understand "Oh, we don't return on paper." ????? If that is 80% of your stock, I am confused! Finally, if you spend any amount of time in the store you will hear the same 4 CD's play rat pack music over and over and over. Now I like Dean, and Frank and all the others BUT please, change the CD's once in a while!
I go to get ideas and see what is out there first hand. Sometimes I buy from them despite the mark up, other times I make a mental note to look for it elsewhere. Their punch selection is pretty involved. Better than the BBS but also pricier.Hope this was helpful.
