I would be surprised if this place stayed in business for much longer with their lacking sense of customer service. Jason was surly, unfriendly, and treating me like he was doing me a favor when I asked him to do a small print job. He also kept taking phone calls in the middle of our initial conversation (including one in which it sounded like he was arguing with his wife) even though he knew my job was extremely urgent (I had to be at a meeting with the printed document in 20 minutes).\r

They also didn't happen to have any of the basic materials to do the job. I asked for a black back cover. All they had was burgundy or grey. I asked for heavy bond white paper, and all he could offer me was basic copier paper. If I had any time to spare, I would have immediately canceled the order, but I was in a jam at this point.\r
