Sanders and his crew were very skilled, took care to protect our belongings and hustled all day long. despite the setbacks and obstacles the day kept throwing at them. The storage facility was having an auction that day making elevator access difficult and slow, but the team hustled anyway. They actually ran the boxes from the unit to the elevator lobby and built up a large store of items to put on the elevator at once; therefore maximizing elevator usage. At our new apartment, the service elevator was really far from the truck parking and up a large step. Again, they ran with the carts and lugged our stuff up the step. Their professionalism and optimism never wavered. We were very impressed with their hard work and care.
