I do NOT recommend for ANYONE to go to Kool Smiles in Fort Smith! Our first experience was not a good one and I should have known it would only get worse.\r First of all, I would compare the service and experience to that of a fast food chain. Get them in and out as fast as you can so that you can make as much money as possible! And forget about quality! I have been taking my children to the dentist for years and have NEVER been treated the way I was here. I was told only 1 parent could go back with our 6 children because they didn't want us bringing our 1 yr old back with us unless we made an appointment for the 1 yr old as well. Then the dentist checked teeth and did not share his findings with either my husband or myself, so we still don't know what is going on with some of the kids teeth! \r Fast forward to our 2nd appointment and we thought it was suppose to be the only one, but all of a sudden our kids need even more dental work.... I bet they find more next time too... Except we will NOT be going back after the dentist HURT my son and daughter. And no, I'm not over reacting, I have been to dentists before, and my kids have never been injured and yet today I have my 9 yr old complaining that the crown put in is not only hurting, but it feels like it's too big. My 6 yr old has a huge fat lip and bruises on the inside of the mouth like the dr was pulling hard on the lip while inserting a crown. Dentist never explains treatments with parents and the professionalism in the office is non existent.\r I will be finding a new dentist to finish the work started there.
