After 10 days of being violently ill and one terrible dentist visit, I was not looking foward to my scheduled root canal, but my experience at Santa Cruz Endodontics was all I could have wanted from the moment I walked in. \r

All three women I spoke to at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and incredibly helpful. \r

Dr. Francis introduced himself as Bill with a giant warm smile on his face. He did an excellent job with every aspect of the procedure. Aside from the first two novocaine injections, the entire root canal was completely and totally painless. Not only was I pleased with his work as an endodontist, I was entertained by his anecdotes the entire time I was in his chair. \r

A truly caring doctor, Bill managed to make getting a root canal the best part of my day.
