Inner Circle is on Mahoning Ave., across from Greenwood Hummer. The wings are absolutely the best, even better than Quaker Steak and Lube, in my humble opinion. Very crispy wings and the wing sauce is great. I like the hot, and my wife likes the garlic, but I usually have to eat some of her garlic wings. \r

The pizza is delicious too. We always get the 14" pizza and 30 wings special which is real reasonably priced. To round out the meal, we get the hot chips which are freshly sliced fried potatoes with a tangy dipping sauce. And Inner Circle has a full bar, so we always get a large pitcher of Molson Ice on draft which goes well with the food. Also, the place has a sports vibe, and the TV's which are liberally scattered all over always have the big games on.\r

The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely one of our favorite places to hang out.
