I just wanted you to know that I was very impressed with the new plumber that came out to fix my plumbing emergency. He went straight to the problem in the least damaging way possible to the lawn and took his time so adhesives dried thoroughly. Once he was ready to test, he first turned the front yard hose connection on so I wouldn’t have as much dark water or air in the house. Every faucet in the house ran clear water with very little air. He then made sure he put all diggings back into the hole thoroughly. He told me there would be a considerable depression in the yard next to the meter and I told him I would add extra dirt later.
He is highly professional, conscientious, easy to work with, and cared about how he left the site he worked on. Liberty Management has a ‘good one’ on their hands.
